Explosion proof blanket and fence

The overall size of the blanket is 1600mm × 1600mm, the blanket structure from the outside to the inside is: blanket outer jacket+1 layer 1600mm × 1600mm polyethylene immersion film+40 layers 600mm × 600mm polyethylene fiber felt+1 layer 600mm × 1600mm polyethylene immersion film+blanket jacket. There is a vent hole with a diameter of 300mm in the middle of the blanket, and the mass of the blanket is 8.8kg.




The height of the outer fence is 160mm, and the inner diameter is 700mm. The cross-sectional structure of the fence from the outside to the inside is as follows: 1 layer of dipping machine woven fabric+35 layers of polyethylene dipping film+23 layers of polyethylene fiber felt+2 layers of polyethylene dipping plate+1 layer of dipping machine woven fabric. The mass of the outer fence is 5.1kg.
 
The height of the inner fence is 310mm, with an inner diameter of 440mm. The cross-sectional structure of the fence from the outside to the inside is as follows: 1 layer of dipping machine woven fabric+80 layers of polyethylene dipping film+ 50 layers of polyethylene fiber felt+3 layers of polyethylene dipping plate+1 layer of dipping machine woven fabric. The mass of the inner fence is 12.6kg.

Explosion proof performance: A simulated target with a radius of 3000mm and a height of 1700mm is formed around the explosion source. After detonating with an 82-2 standard grenade, there are no perforations on the simulated target (corrugated cardboard).  

The blanket and fence are made of inner liners, jackets, etc. The outer layer of the blanket and fence should be flat, without threading, damage, tearing, corrosion or dirt, with straight and regular stitching, suitable tightness, uniformity, and jumper free, and firmly sewn. 

Each blanket and fence has a clear and firm product logo, which includes: a) the name of the manufacturer; b) Product name; c) Model and specifications; d) Number; e) Trademark and executive standard number; f) Production date and expiration date.
