Structure and working principle

• Structure: mainly composed of a sphere, a ball cover, a control box, switches, and movable casters.

• Working principle: The ball cap is placed inside the sphere and can be closed, locked or lowered by controlling the wire opening mechanism. The opening methods are manual switch and electric switch (manual or remote control switch).

• The explosion-proof ball has the characteristics of advanced technology, reasonable structure, convenient operation, safe use and reusable. When the explosive inside the ball explodes, there is no large noise and debris flies out, and there is no damage to the explosion site. The ball material is made of high-strength pressure vessel steel, formed by mature process methods, reliable quality, and can meet the user's requirements. The opening and closing methods are manual drive and electric drive, which have a wide range of application.

Application

• Explosion proof ball is a container used for temporary storage and transportation of explosives. It can also be loaded onto specialized trailers to transfer and transport explosive hazardous materials, and can be directly destroyed inside the ball. It is also used for temporary storage of suspicious explosive materials.

Instructions  for using explosion-proof ball    

Inserting explosives: Before inserting explosives, professional explosive disposal personnel should check whether the support net is properly hung and tightened. Use pole type robotic arms, explosive disposal robots, or other methods to place explosives at the center of the support net.

Removing explosive materials: Professional explosive disposal personnel should open the ball cover (refer to Article 1 of the user manual for operation), and use a pole type robotic arm, explosive disposal robot, or other methods to remove the explosive materials for disposal

Explosion proof ball maintenance:

When the explosion-proof ball is in use, the ball cover should be closed and each part should be operated at least once a month;

When the exploration proof ball is ready for use, the ball cover should be closed, and each part should be operated at least once a month
