  Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), also known as ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, is a linear polyethylene with a molecular weight of over 1.5 million and no branching chains. UHMWPE fibers are a new generation of high-performance fibers that have emerged after carbon fibers and aramid fibers. In addition to having high strength, high modulus, low relative density, low fracture elongation, resistance to ultraviolet radiation, chemical corrosion, wear resistance, and cutting resistance, they also have good biocompatibility, low friction coefficient, and excellent impact resistance. They are currently the fibers with excellent mechanical properties. Therefore, UHMIWPPE fiber is widely used in the production of bulletproof weft free fabric, cut resistant fabric, cable teeth, and sports equipment.



  UHMWPE weft free fabric is a unidirectional prepreg made of UHMWPE fiber dip glue, and then made into continuous coiled material by two, four or six layers of orthogonal composite. It is the main raw material of global bulletproof and explosion-proof products, with soft texture, moisture resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, aging resistance, ultraviolet radiation resistance and other properties. UHMWPE non woven fabric can effectively reduce the weight of bulletproof and explosion-proof products, improve product comfort, reduce crater deformation and concavity, and reduce injuries caused by blunt injuries.
