Usage
• It can effectively block the damage effect caused by the corresponding equivalent of TNT/ explosive explosion, and prevent the horizontal diffusion of shock waves and debris generated after the explosion in the tank, so as to avoid injury to the surrounding personnel, as well as damage to valuable instruments, cultural relics archives and special public places, and is an important device for temporary isolation of explosives, temporary storage and disposal of explosives.
Instructions for using explosion-proof tank
After finding suspicious materials, professionals should put them into explosion-proof tanks and move them to safe areas.
When the explosion-proof tank needs to be removed from the explosion-proof tank after being moved to a safe area, professional tools can be used to remove the suspicious objects from the explosion-proof tank after the personnel are evacuated;
When it is necessary to destroy explosives, the detonator (primer) and wire are inserted into the hole of the destruction device and connected with the explosives. After the personnel are evacuated to a safe area, the professional EOD personnel will detonate the explosives.
Precautions and maintenance of explosion-proof tank
The tank should be placed above 6M in the upper space, and avoid the load-bearing beams, chandeliers and objects that can cause splashing injuries after damage;
Although the tank has certain muffling and explosion-proof functions, the explosion sound is very loud at close distance and indoors, and the personnel should keep a safe distance (4M) to protect the eardrum;
The unused explosion-proof tank should be oiled regularly on the active part of the tank to prevent rust, and the debris in the tank and pressure relief cover should be eliminated in time to ensure cleanliness;
The explosion-proof tank shall not be used again after blasting.
