IWILDT™-2315 X-ray machine vision and explosive disposal robot is composed of mechanical vision system, X-ray scanning system, motion control system and analog robot hand induction system, which can accurately locate the target and automatically complete the capture function.The robot hand can be operated according to the induction gloves, which correspond to the elbow, wrist and claw transposable joints respectively. Each joint is driven by a DC motor and is controlled by a closed-loop position servo control. Only when the four cameras are installed on the robot hand can the visual field be rotated and adjusted.Installed in the top four cameras to absorb the same target, four images using the triangle range principle, the image matching and it is concluded that the target computer with accurate position, manipulator coordinate system using induction gloves to control the machine hand claw to target on the flexible explosion-proof tank tracks, judging by X-ray scanning target if there is a danger, according to the computer system.Hazardous materials can be dismantled by auxiliary robots to ensure that the target objects are free of danger.
